Our mixture has been formulated to perfectly coat and add a crunch to any type of fish, wild game, fowl or whatever else you feel like coating and tossing into the fryer. 

We skipped all of the additives as well in order to bring you a clean flavor that allows the natural flavors and aromas of your meats to shine through!

Ingredients: Enriched wheat flour, cornmeal, corn starch, salt, spices, garlic powder.
