Shipping policy

We ship orders Monday - Friday in the order in which they are received. Weekends and holidays are excluded. 1-3 day shipping starts AFTER your order has been processed and a label has been created

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the cost of the free shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the product was defective. 

Orders over $100.00 always ship Free. (USA Addresses Only) 

Lost, stolen, delayed or Undeliverable shipments: These situations are out of our control, we cannot cover any losses once your items ship from our warehouse. Please file a claim with the shipper. USPS offer $100.00 insurance on Ground Advantage and Priority mail. We are sorry for any inconvenience this policy may cause. 

Shipping Assurance (OPTIONAL $1.99): Shipping Assurance provides comprehensive coverage against loss or damage during transit, allowing you to shop confidently knowing that any unforeseen shipping issues are covered.  Please allow 15 business day once your item has shipped before filing a claim. Please allow 7 business days to process your claim. Once approved we will reship your order. This protection does not cover undeliverable mail or Custom's issues. Please contact customer service for further assistance or to file a claim.
